when i insert my sd-card (from my Kodak C613) in my printer (HP Photosmart C3180) card reader, f-spot-import is launched twice.
the same happen when i connect my C613 directly with a USB cable. and i got an error about 'failing to lock device' (but that's another bug/matter)

when my SD card is auto-mounted by hal, when i right-click on the icon device on the desktop, i see 2 entries for 'open with f-spot'

i found a way to work-around that
(1) i deleted (with alacarte) the f-spot-import entry in gnome menu (because only not showing it changed nothing).
so now i got no entries at all in right-click menu on sd-card device icon. :-(

(2) and in removable devices options of gnome i tell it to use f-spot-import when i plug-in a camera. it works too with my sd-card.

so now it works fine when i insert my sd-card.

????
if anyone know what's going on here ? why f-spot-import is run twice ? because the sd-card is seen as a removable device and a camera ? so it triggers the launch of f-spot-import twice ? it is hal fault ?

I got an impression than anything autorunned when a new device has appeared is getting run twice in recent Gnome versions, so the source of this issue may be the same as autorun dialog popping up twice on CD/DVD/flash insertion.
