Hi, i just compared extra.db.tar.gz (2046 pkgs) with extra.files.tar.gz (2054 pkgs) [from FTP] and this contains some packages that don't exist anymore.

The script generating these file lists does not seem to check for packages that were removed :

Maybe this would be made easier (and probably more efficient) if this support was in repo-add / repo-remove,
but anyway, it should not be too hard to fix the script.

I believe all these packages were removed in the last day. Other packages have been removed that do not seem to be on the list so I think this is just a sync issue. The file lists are only generated once a day.
