FS#13348 - slime doesn't start because of missing "/var/lock" directory

Description:

slim would not start because it couldn't create a lock file in "/var/lock" because this directory did not exist on my machine. solution: manually create "/var/lock" and restart slim. But the install script should check for the existence of the directory and create it if necessary.

* config and/or log files etc.

/var/lock should be in your system. It is provided by the core package "filesystem".

d****, you're right. so there's two possibilitys, a removal script did this or I made a mistake. Normally I'd say I'm not so stupid as to manually remove a directory in "/var" but atm the evidence seems to suggest otherwise :-(
