Description:
When running midori the following error is seen
midori: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.38: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Additional info:
For community/midori-0.0.19-2
libcui18n is owned by the package 'icu' which is one of midori's deps.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Midori
Attempt to run it.

ps. I put this in packages:extra. Midori isn't in extra, but there is no category, as far as I could see, for community. The wiki states "Community Packages- for packages in community. It is not a place for packages in unsupported. "

I've been an idiot and submitted this to the wrong 'project' - explaining why I couldn't find the category.
Could it be moved or something?
