i would resolve this if i make:
pacman -R kde

but this is not a solution.

Some KDE application registered itself as the default folder handler (and is also unable to perform folder browsing it seems).

ALT+F2 -> "nautilus", then right-click a folder, select "Properties", "Open With" tab and select "Open Folder" as default application.

Same problem with pcmanfm.

version 0.5-1: the pcmanfm find-dialog is shown
version 0.4.x: the folder is shown in pcmanfm

This happens when opening Home Folder, Desktop and Removable Media from gnome-panel/Places.

Computer, CD/DVD Creator, Network, Connect to Server work as expected.
Recent Documents work too (just tried a directory and a gedit opened file).

The default application for opening folders in Nautilus is "Open Folder" (the Nautilus one).

Reproduced also with a clean new user.
