Description:

Hebrew documents are showing Hindi numbers instead of Decimal

this is a know bug and it will be fixed in 2.4.1

for now, distributions are fixing it themselves, in ubuntu it is already fixed, i am attaching a patch for a fix by hennerdrewes.
