DetailsWithout a default config file, dhclient does the bare minimum, and won't even write DNS information. This has been observed by a couple of users on the forums.
the default /etc/dhclient.conf from debian is: request subnet-mask, broadcast-address, time-offset, routers, domain-name, domain-name-servers, host-name, netbios-name-servers, netbios-scope, interface-mtu; Fixes all problems I have, might fix some errant networkmanager bugs *shrug*. dhclient is also out of date. If you'd like I'll update it and add this fix, otherwise I can just add the fix. Wanted to check it first. James |

Go ahead and fix it. As long as it keeps working with networkmanager it's fine to me.
