DetailsDescription: If unauthenticated, and you report a bug using a cached new task page, it does not allow it because of permissions.
However, once you do authenticate it still will not allow you to report it because its a 'repeated action'. My workaround was to change the title slightly. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: |

Additional comments about closing: we (well, at least I for sure) are aware of flyspray issues, but cannot patch all of them, please report this to flyspray developers. Thanks.

Isn't this an upstream flyspray issue? Please report it there.
