Description:
After rebuilding kdelibs without arts and removing arts, k3b fails to build because its PKGBUILD lacks an explicit depedency on arts. I know that this isn't really "broken" WRT the current setup of the arch packages, but it's trivial to add the dependency and protects from future breakage, should kdelibs loose its dependency on arts. Plus, it's the Right Thing to do, technically k3b depends on arts given the current configure line in its PKGBUILD.

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  It's not a bug in our package. When you decide to build a kdelibs without arts, it's your call to install arts when something depending on kdelibs actually needs it.
We will review the possibility of an arts-free kdelibs when we're switching to KDE4.
