Details

There is no such package available through AUR site, but when I try to submit my PKGBUILD I receive "You are not allowed to overwrite the lib32-dbus package."

This package is still in AUR, but is inaccessible through AUR site (probably because there is no 'arch' array): http://aur.archlinux.org/packages/lib32-dbus/

It seems to me, that wrong packages should be treated as not uploaded at all (everybody may override and overtake them).
