DetailsSeriously, it's incredibly annoying. Can we get an op to /mode -R?
I understand that it was put in place to prevent one person from spamming the channel.. That however, was weeks ago, and in that span of time it's annoyed people more than spam would have... |

Both Xchat and irssi have an option to enter you password for you automatically, so I don't think it is that annoying. :)
