Description:

Kaffeine is not able to find a plugin to play vcd while xine-ui plays VCDs OK. After looking at the output it is seen that both xine and kaffeine load the same plugins, but it looks that Kaffeine is not interested in vcdo which loads OK. The other vcd plugin could not be initialized due to missing libraries. See attachements (some info localized...).

* Qt: 3.3.8
* KDE: 3.5.9
* Kaffeine Player: 0.8.6
* Xine-UI 0.99.5-2
* xine-lib 1.1.10-1
* log files attached.

Steps to reproduce:
* Insert a VCD
* Launch Kaffeine
* Hit Play VCD
* There should be an error "Unable to load MRL vcd://....";
