Sorry for the lack of info, but the computer is unusable (even at the fallback image). I also running the memtest for 9 hours (12 pass) and there is no error.

I guess i solved the problem... It was a BIOS problem!
I've already reboot 3 times with no problems.
I load the defaults and then turned off the floppy, the onboard 1394 device, the onboard ac97.

p.s.: After lots of reboots and changing options one by one i figured out, and honestly i don't understand.
In advanced chipset features -> CPU external Freq. (MHZ) i had 200 MHz, but if i change to 166 Mhz it works fine! But in my board and ram specs they are DDR2 400MHz...
