FS#97 - Grub menu.lst file should be protected

Right now the grub menu.lst file is not protected by default with NoUpgrade in pacman.conf. Since the lilo file is there, there should be no doubt that the grub file should be in there also!!

Agreed. It will be added in to the default pacman.conf in the next release of pacman.
