DetailsHiya,
I'd like to offer to host another UK mirror. We at UK2.NET are setting up a mirrors server to offer mirrors of various open source projects. The mirror server is connected straight into our network, so will have a 100Mbps connection. If you're happy for me to provide this mirror, I'd greatly appreciate if you could tell me the source you'd prefer I sync from (preferably using rsync) - I'll then set up the mirror and supply the URL. Either respond in the ticket or email me directly at mirrors@uk2.net, whichever you prefer. Cheers David Precious UK2.NET |

Then you can sit back and watch your bandwidth get sucked up 8)
Think we could move to keeping track of new mirrors on the bug tracker? Just assign us both the ticket and we can then comment on when it's done. Easier to track than personal email. What do you think, Eliott?
It's available at:
ftp://mirrors.uk2.net/pub/archlinux/
http://archlinux.mirrors.uk2.net/
for copy+paste goodness:
ftp://mirrors.uk2.net/pub/archlinux/$repo/os/i686 and ftp://mirrors.uk2.net/pub/archlinux/$repo/os/x86_64
Doing them here also has greater visibility, so when I am busy and can't get around to them, other people can cover for me.
