Probably linc is included if "pacman -S gnome" is used but that's not how I install GNOME.

$ /opt/gnome/bin/galeon
/opt/gnome/bin/galeon-bin: error while loading shared libraries: liblinc.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
