DetailsIn python-opengl 3.0.0b1-1:
Because of an upstream bug any call to glCompileShader() will fail with a TypeError. This is already fixed in pyopengl's CVS version. A patch is attached. |

since there is already a new version of the package available im gonna request closure on this one. accoding to what you say it should be included in the recently released version
pyopengl_glcompileshader.patch
