DetailsDescription: When posting on Arch forums, the poster would have the possibility to use an 'Off-topic' tag that may color the text, or put it in a frame or anything else that will help to easily sort what is off-topic and what's not when reading a thread.

We do not want to increase the burden to upgrading.
Using a convention is probably the best alternative.
