Details

This happens at init time (i.e. after the kernel is configured) when fsck, ususpend2 or some other application asks a question.
I cannot use my USB keyboard in this case.

It's hard to check, since I need to be prompted at the right time for keyboard input, and this is a production machine.
The best thing probably is closing this bug, and if it doesn't work the next time I'll reopen.
