DetailsThe resume hook in /lib/initcpio/hooks/resume as shipped with mkinitcpio 0.5.17-2 doesn't work with tuxonice!
The problem is because of several reasoins.. one is, it's not longer /sys/power/suspend2 but /sys/power/tuxonice. Even more I suspect it works with the kernel suspend since I guess the klibc parseblock util changed how it works. This is the reason why TuxOnIce's support for kernel suspend doesn't work either. Attached is a script that works for me, but it would perhaps need some more refinement. PS. Does mkinitcpio have a public VCS repository? |
