I fix this on line: 101

mkdir -p $DESTDIR/var/cache/pacman

with

mkdir -p $DESTDIR/var/{lib,cache}/pacman

did you use quickinst from inside the ISO?

ahh so this is an issue with the new pacman probably.
did you install from an arch installation or a different linux?
