Description: package "muse" depends on the package "qt", which used to be the package for qt3. Muse should depend on qt3 instead

* Package version: 0.8.1-1


Steps to reproduce:
1. install muse
2. qt is installed, but qt3 is not; should be reversed.

There is muse in Testing with the following commit message: upgpkg: muse 0.8.1-2 change dependency from qt to qt3
I guess it was just forgotten during the big move.
