After, about, 2 months of having Arch on my laptop networkmanager simply didn't start. Tried to do it manualy (# /etc/rc.d/networkmanager start). I receive a note, that everything is ok, but the daemon don't start. In logs everything is ok, so I can't even tell where the problem may be. Wicd installation helped me to connect with Internet normally. Additional info: * package version(s) networkmanager - 0.6.5-3 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: |
This task depends upon
do you have hal before networkmanager in your DAEMONS variable in /etc/rc.conf ?
Alos networkmanager 0.6.6-1 is out in extra repository. Do you still have this problem with this new version ?
