This mirror ftp://archlinux.org.ru has no archlinux repository in pub.
It seems that this server has nothing to do with ArchLinux.

Please remove it from the list of mirrors.

archlinux.org.ru is Russian Arch community site, but their ftp mirror was in testing period, and is closed now.
