Description:
Updating e2fsprogs created a /etc/init.d directory. (related forum thread: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=43013)

Steps to reproduce:
* upgrade e2fsprogs
* ls -la /etc | grep init.d
* find /var/lib/pacman/local/ -name files | xargs fgrep init.d
