hmm, i can include them in the package, but please submit the fixes upstream to the UIM project.

already did
- patch for uim.c is now applied on svn branch 1.4
- patch for skk.c is now applied on trunk and branch 1.4
this whole issue is all about me observing large RSS grow of uim-helper-server process over time (like 100MB)
right now it seems to be better here, but still too early to tell for sure
