Hi, I get this error:

$ /etc/rc.d/privoxy start
Fatal error: init_error_log(): can't open logfile: '/var/log/privoxy/privoxy.log'

Enclosed is the required "chown" fix, plus a bit of additional cleanup of the PKGBUILD :)
