Description:
The compile of the rlocate kernel modul breaks and says that "Capabilities must be built as a module or disabled in the kernel config". If nothing new for the kernel 2.6.24 speaks against it i suggest to to do the same as with kernel 2.6.23.

Additional info:
config 2.6.23: CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=m
config 2.6.24: CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=y

It seems that is is not more possible to choose "CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=m" in the kernel config. I found a thread (http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-4578500-highlight-.html at the end) that says that the support of security driver as module is removed in 2.6.24. So takes this only as an information and than you can close the bug report.

Yes, that was a very debated change, and I wonder why it wasn't reverted when a couple of valid reasons were given, which was what Linus asked for.
I guess rlocate module should be updated to not fail with built-in capabilities.
