DetailsDescription: Since last update to version 3.4.5-1, openbox/KDE doesn't work anymore
Openbox creates an item in the login manager to access to a KDE session which uses Openbox as WM. It worked perfectly once, since last update doesn't work anymore. If I choose that session type, I'm sent back to login screen |
This task depends upon
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=KDE/Openbox
Comment=Use the Openbox window manager inside of the K Desktop Environment
Exec=/usr/bin/openbox-kde-session
TryExec=startkde
Icon=openbox.png
Type=XSession
exec /opt/kde/bin/startkde
it works. I'm using kdemod. not sure why it worked fine before 3.4.5
which shell are you using? can you trak down if your PATH is set too late, so that /etc/profile.d/kde does not get sourced when the bash loads up?
