Description:
I think there is a bug in a fluxbox or in pidgin, window decoration is on desktop already after closing pidgin - it happens only sometimes, usually all's right. Also window content isn't normal.

Interesting. I've never noticed this in xfce4/xfdesktop. Are you letting fluxbox draw your root window? Have you seen this happen with any other program?

Also in my arch on xfce everything is ok. I don't know what do you mean asking am I letting fluxbox draw root window :) Can you tell me, how to check this? And it happens only with Pidgin (maybe with other programs too, but I've seen it only with this) - but there isn't pidgin process yet, I can't kill it. This window behaves like any other, I can move it, minimalise - but not close. I haven't looked do I can resize it, I will look next time when it will happen.
Sorry for my English ;)

Sorry for never replying. Hard to explain root window here, but a google search for "X11 root window" should help you out determining that.

I really don't know what to say here- this is an extremely weird issue, and I just don't do enough work with graphical apps and X11 to know what could be happening.

Can you try this with pidgin 2.4.0 which I am building now?

Today, when I've launched xmoto on openbox and closed pidgin (2.4) it happened o0 I haven't shots, but there is problem like in fluxbox. So - it isn't caused by window maker ;\

Have you reported this upstream, and/or searched there?
