I think there is a bug in a fluxbox or in pidgin, window decoration is on desktop already after closing pidgin - it happens only sometimes, usually all's right. Also window content isn't normal. I really don't know what to say here- this is an extremely weird issue, and I just don't do enough work with graphical apps and X11 to know what could be happening.
