I've just done an upgrade and got this message:

warning: perl-datetime-timezone: local (0.6904-1) is newer than community (0.72-1)

The package needs the force upgrade flag/thing setting.

I see. Stupid CPAN version numbers! I'll change pkgver to 0.7200 then...
