The DBI package, among others, lives in i686-linux (not
i686-linux-thread-multi).

So actually we tried to rebuild all Perl modules to suit the new layout. This task depends upon
If all (not most!) have been recompiled and a new perl package made available, then the issues in the is bug have been resolved.
