gconf-editor-2.6.1-1 freezes when launched. No text just the box and empty white boxes.

The process has to be killed via the term (kill 722 etc.)

During the same reboot by mv or rm -rf .gconf and .gconfd from $-dir, it will get fixed, but the same phenomenon returns upon reboot.

I have p2, 450MHz, 192 Ram. There is no KDE stuff on the computer and besides Gnome-2.6 I have the xface4 Desktop.

This behaviour started with me with the upgrade of some gnome-packages to 2.6.1* by May 2 I think.
