If a PKGBUILD use a local file as a source and if a local file is not present, makepkg reports "no download agent configured". makepkg should detect that it's a local file (no url), and change its error message accordingly (file not present). Steps to Reproduce: 1) Get into the abs directory of a package with a patch (core/base/bash) 2) Delete the patch from the directory 3) Run makepkg on the PKGBUILD |
