DetailsDescription:
redland-1.0.6 uses an internal version of raptor, version 1.4.15, which conflicts with the raptor-1.4.16 package (also in extra). It should either state that it conflicts with raptor, or (preferably) it should depend on raptor-1.4.16 (since redland can use the system version of raptor rather than compiling its own version). |
This task depends upon
1. add 'raptor' to the depends array. Maybe you can specify the version to be >= 1.4.15.
2. add --with-raptor=system in the ./configure line. This will make the build proccess use the installed version of raptor, instead of its internal version.
You can use abs to build your own package while the devs don't update the official package. Redland lies in /var/abs/extra/lib/redland.
