DetailsSeems pretty silly to make *everyone* install tpctl when kdeutils is installed -- probably the percentage of thinkpad users is fairly small.
There should just be a message in the kdeutils install script saying "For thinkpad users: to enable <whatever functionality>, install tpctl." |

kdeutils should serve people needs i will not remove it.
