Description:
libbonobo does not build without flex

Additional info:
* package version(s)
libbonobo-2.20.1-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
Remove flex, try building and you get

configure: error: flex is required to build bonobo-activation

Well, flex is in base-devel group which is highly recommended to be installed completely for having a good-working build environment.
If dependency is in base or base-devel group - it's not required to be listed in [make]depends array.

Hm, I see  FS#8971  was fixed anyway, by adding flex to makedepends. :-/
