Description:
for the package mysql-clients it should be sufficient to have the dep to 'gcc-libs' instead of 'gcc'.

In this way it would be possible to install this package without the full devel suite provided
by 'gcc' package.

theres a bug in which discussion over that matter has forwrded a bit more http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/8315 . there are many more packages like that
