After updating to xorg-server 1.4-6 various keys stopped working. Caps-Lock and various keys accessable through AltGr stopped working (ex. ~,|). Downgrading to 1.4-5 fixed all problems. No config files where changed. xmodmap -e "remove Lock = Caps_Lock"
from my .xinitrc and everything works again with patch xorg-server-1.4-mapping-changes-for-all.
But of course now I have to disable the caps lock manually.

Please confirm so we can close this.
