I hit enter by accident.
No matter what alignment I use the text floats a little under the top window.
I tried downgrading, after downgrade it works.

could you please describe this problem more? or possibly submit a screenshot of it working/not working?

I have attached two screenshots, were you can see it floating 50px from the top, and I have also attached the config, thou it also happens when I run it from a commandline:
conky -a top_left -t "TEST"

Ok, thanks, I'll get to this very quickly! Looks like it'd be an upstream bug, so I'll report it and try and isolate what changes caused it.

Could you also post your config Xavier?

Thanks!

Ok, looked in the diff between the two and tested it.

The hardcoded "default" gap_y for conky was changed to 60 from 5 for some reason. It wasnt mentioned in the changelog. You might want to file a bug upstream -- there might be some odd reason.

gap_y is a configurable option, so just putting "gap_y 5" into your configs should fix it.
