DetailsDescription: The stable branch of bitlbee hasnt had an updgrade IIRC for almost a year now. the 1.0.4 version was only to fix an issue on BSD. since the package is not essential and is highly unlikely to break things i hereby request to replace bitlbee in extra with bitlbee-devel from unstable.
The (new) devel version has support for jabber rooms, and i dont see a reason for keeping the old version around. i doubt people still it as its practically featureless. |

yeah, there's a new release of bitlbee devel out now, it's probably a good time to make the change. I'll try to update this soonish.

@neotuli: 1.2 stable is out so theres no need to implement this now. as long as you update the package at some point of cource
