DetailsSummary and Info:
----------------- There is 2 conflicting packages: - gnome-themes (from extra) - clearlooks (from community) Both contains the same file "/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/index.theme" and can't be installed simultaneously. (It happens, when I have tried to install full Gnome "atop" of Xfce4+clealooks.) Steps to Reproduce: ------------------- Variant A) Install gnome-themes then install clearlooks. Variant B) Install clearlooks then install gnome-themes. and you'll see something like that # pacman -S clearlooks resolving dependencies... done. looking for inter-conflicts... done. Targets: clearlooks-0.6.2-4 Total Package Size: 0.10 MB Proceed with installation? [Y/n] checking package integrity... done. cleaning up... done. (1/1) checking for file conflicts [#####################] 100% error: could not prepare transaction error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) clearlooks: /usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/index.theme exists in filesystem errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. |
This task depends upon
If gnome-themes contain the same clearlooks (and if it will work with Xfce!), package clearlooks must be excluded from repository. Or gnome-themes and clearlooks must be marked as conflicting packages, if it possible.
