I would like to see a feature in pacman to install the build dependencies of a package. This should use a new type of reason for install, "Installed as build dependency." you might also include an option to remove all packages installed as build dependencies. |

Additional comments about closing: Pacman will never ever build packages - srcpac can do exactly what you want, however.
