The pulseaudio package version 0.9.7-2 does not depend on libtool, but the binary needs the libtool shared library to run:
# pulseaudio
pulseaudio: error while loading shared libraries: libltdl.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


The pulseaudio package version 0.9.7-2 does not depend on libcap, but the binary needs the libcap shared library to run:
# pulseaudio
pulseaudio: error while loading shared libraries: libcap.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Thanks for catching this one. I'm uploading the third release right now, with a few more fixes. The whole changelog is available through "pacman -Qc pulseaudio".
