DetailsThe pulseaudio package version 0.9.7-2 does not depend on libtool, but the binary needs the libtool shared library to run:

Thanks for catching this one. I'm uploading the third release right now, with a few more fixes. The whole changelog is available through "pacman -Qc pulseaudio".
