Description: nvidia-utils should have "pkgconfig" as dependence.

Steps to reproduce:
* Install nvidia-utils
* Start "nvidia-xconfig"
* It seems to work, however it complains about the missing "pkgconfig".

We don't include the dependencies of nvidia-settings in the package (instead, use a post-install message), I wonder what we should do for nvidia-xconfig. I'll find out why it needs pkgconfig and we will see then.

I removed pkgconfig and used nvidia-xconfig. It did not complain whatsoever. I also checked other distributions which have no dependancy to pkgconfig for nvidia-* (http://packages.debian.org/sid/nvidia-xconfig).

I'm sure this can be closed.

Well... maybe the "bug" is fixed upstream. I'll reopen the ticket if necessary.
