DetailsSummary and Info: There is no possibility in pacman to remove a package without removing its dependencies. In case of wrong dependencies definition, it can lead to strong issues, such as presented in the task #8615 (where fglrx-utils is said to have kde4, beryl, mplayer, vlc and so on as dependencies). There should be a "force" option, allowing the user to remove the package without regarding to its dependencies.
