Description:
On my Macbook Pro running arch linux I can't use some of the the special keys:

In the gnome-power-preferences, I can change the Brightness of the Laptop. With the Brightness - decrease Key (F2) I can turn of the background light, but I can't turn it on again with the Brightness increase key (F1). Also I can increase (F5) and turn on / off (F3) the Volume, but can't decrease (F4) it. Then I can turn on / off the keyboard background light (F8) and increase (F10) it, but I can't decrease (F9) it.

Everything works fine with Ubuntu gnome-power-manager 2.20.0-0...

Additional info:
* package version(s):
extra/gnome-power-manager 2.20.0-1

Try adding video to MOD_BLACKLIST in /etc/rc.conf to fix the brightness issues - this worked on my laptop.

I can't really tell as I'm not using arch anymore on my laptop... But I still had it when I stopped using it :-)
