libgphoto2 2.4.0-1 installs bad /etc/udev/rules.d/54-gphoto.rules
No need to explain - just look into that file.
In PKGBUILD
/usr/lib/libgphoto2/print-camera-list udev-rules-0.98 group camera mode 0660
must be changed with
/usr/lib/libgphoto2/print-camera-list udev-rules version 0.98 group camera mode 0660
