Since xorg-server-1.4, Xorg isn't setting up the correct displaysize from xorg.conf.

DisplaySize 336 210 # 96 DPI @ 1280x960
...

"xdpyinfo | grep -B1 dot" gives following result:

dimensions: 1280x800 pixels (260x161 millimeters)
resolution: 125x126 dots per inch

First I used xf86-video-i810, the I switched to xf86-video-intel. The problem is still there, but a little bit better.

xdpyinfo | grep -B1 dot
dimensions: 1280x800 pixels (331x207 millimeters)
resolution: 98x98 dots per inch

Yep, that's why I was asking.
So  FS#7129  is still an issue?

xf86-video-intel-2.1.1-3 in testing should address several issues. please test & report back. thanks.

xf86-video-intel from testing didnt't solve the problem. Still
