How do you know it's a crash if there's no output?

sorry, my mistake. The program freeze, not crash (sorry but i read now which is the differences) when i open a dir in which there are more that 100 photos

How large are photos and how long did you wait?
Probably it just takes long time to generate thumbnails.

there are any kind of photos, from 11K to 3323K (3.3 MB) and i wait for more than 30 minutes ... i think is too much time

Hm, this issue is not listed in svn changelog as fixed. Please report upstream.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue.. I load a dir of 400 images and it closes fine. And it will only generate thumbnails for the images visible in the thumbpane, so if all of the thumbnails are visible, it isn't doing anything more..

Does this happen everytime for you? No matter what images you're viewing?

I have fixed a number of issues in svn. Perhaps you can try mirage-svn (use versionpkg with pkgbuild in aur) and see if it fixes it?
